additional processing time

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, most sales are final.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds on:
• Custom resin pieces
• Personalized/custom color items
• Limited edition drops
• Sale items
• Worn or washed clothing

 

 

EXCHANGES


Clothing exchanges may be approved for sizing issues if:
• The item is unworn
• The item is unwashed
• You contact us within 3 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by Ocean Drip Co.
